Acti-Tape - Ankle/Heel - Heel Spur Support - Step by Step Instructions
1.
With the foot hanging downwards over the edge of a table and the ankle raised on a towel, stick one end of an I-strip under the heel.
2.
Tilting the ankle slightly inwards, pull the I-strip up the side of the ankle and on to the leg. Smooth down.
3.
Reposition the foot to a straight position with the toes at a right angle. Apply the base of an Octopus-strip on the heel with the fingers of the strip pointing towards the toes.
Smooth down each finger fanning them out slightly. Apply each finger without stretching.
