Acti-Tape - Lower Leg - Achilles Tendon - Maximum Support - Step by Step Instructions

1.

 
  • In a face down position with the foot over the end of the table and a towel raising the ankle slightly.
  • Place the foot at a right angle.
     

2.

  • Apply one end of an I-strip over the Achilles tendon with a moderate stretch.

 

3.

  • Smooth down the strip along the line of the Achilles tendon.
  • Stretch up towards the calf.

  • The final result.
