Acti-Tape - Hip Flexion Support - Step by Step Instructions

1.

  • Place an I-strip on the inside of the thigh and up to the abdomen. Take care to avoid creasing underneath garments.

 

2. 

  • Rotate the leg outwards to stretch the muscle.  Apply the tape with slight stretch while smoothing it down.
