Taping Directions:

  • Location: Upper leg front
  • Application: Muscle support
  • Indication: Problem with muscle on the inside leg (Abductor muscle)
  • Shape: Three I-strips 
  • Applying position: In sitting / lying position

Acti-Tape - Thigh - Inner Thigh / Abductor Muscle - Step by Step Instructions

1.

  • Sitting or lying with the leg over the side of the table.
  • Apply one I-strip from the inside of the knee towards the inside of the thigh.

 2.

  • Then another strip slightly above the first towards the top of the thigh.
  • Pick up the 2 ends, lightly stretch and smooth down.

 

 3. 

  • Straighten the leg onto the table. 
  • Place another I-strip around the leg just above the knee overlapping the first 2. Smooth down.

 4.

  • The final result.
