  • Indication: Problems with tensor fasciae lata, runners knee
  • Shape: One long Y-strip (with two short legs)
  • Applying position: Standing

Acti-Tape - Outer Thigh - Runners Knee - Runners Knee - Step by Step Instructions

1.

  • In a standing position, starting at the base of the knee, apply a Y-strip, with Y shape going upwards, along the side of the leg.   

 2.

  • Move the foot backwards, turning the leg slightly inwards  

 3.

  • Then lightly stretch the legs of the Y-strip, smoothing them around the muscle at the top of the thigh.

4.

  • The final result.
