 Taping Directions:

  • Location: Upper thigh
  • Application: Muscle support
  • Indication: Problem with the muscle on the front of the leg (Quadriceps muscle)
  • Shape: Three long I-strips
  • Applying position: In standing position

Acti-Tape - Thigh - Quadriceps - Step by Step Instructions

1.

  • We will use 3 I-strips of different lengths (Short, medium and long).
  • Taking the medium length I-strip, position it in the center above the knee and lightly stick along the center of the thigh.

 2.

  • Then placed the shorter strip over the top of the first one and lightly position on the inside of the thigh.

 3.

  • The third and longest strip is placed over the first 2 at the knee end and lightly positioned towards the outside of the thigh.

4.

  • Bend the knee and hold the ankle to keep the leg in a bent position, stretch each strip lightly and smooth down following the same order being applied.
